I Think I Have A Hernia. I Have Had Fibroids

I think I have a hernia. I have had fibroids for years. Last week I passed some large clots. I felt relief from the pressure and cramping after passing the clots, but my abdomen begin to hurt a little. Now I feel a knot near my navel and it is very tender to the touch. Could this be a hernia caused by the fibroids?
