I Think I Have A Pinced Median Nerve From Lifting

I think I have a pinced median nerve from lifting weights. There is a little discomfort on the inside of my upper bicep and then I get shock waves to the first three fingers and my hand falls asleep all the time. Not painful but it's driving nuts and waking me up at night. What can I do until I see my doctor?
