I Think I Have A Ruptured Eardrum. I've Seen A

I think I have a ruptured eardrum. I've seen a doctor in a clinic on Friday night but he didn't officially diagnose it. He said I gad a middle ear infection. He didn't have an otoscope. I've been numb since friday. I have yellow and red puss coming out with intense throbbing and pain. I can't really open my mouth. I have an antibiotic I'm taking but the pain is so bad.
