I Think I Have A Wisdom Tooth Coming In, Half

I think I have a wisdom tooth coming in, half of the tooth is exposed but the other half is still coming through so that is swollen and hurts, but below the tooth I have what I think are sore glands, but it hurts when I touch below my chin below where the wisdom tooth is. Is that cause for concern?
