I Think I Have A Yeast Infection. I've Had It

I think I have a yeast infection. I've had it since November. It consist of itching around my vagina. I have no discharge or odor just itch. It flares up right before I start my period and continue after my period. What can I take, can I take something over the counter? I do not have health insurance right now. Please help
