I Think I Have A Yeast Infection, But Not Sure

I think I have a yeast infection, but not sure my symptoms have died down a bit. But I've been itchy on the outside of the walls of my vagina, and it itches on my hole as well. My hole was bright red as well. I always have discharge, quite a bit actually so I can't really use that as a symptom.
