I Think I Have An Intestinal Blockage. I Have Taken

I think I have an intestinal blockage. I have taken a couple laxatives. I am having an issue going pee now possibly from this. When I went to wipe, I felt something in my vagina, should I go to the ER or just wait for the laxatives to do their magic. I have chills too, and there was blood from the rectum when I wiped.
