I Think I Have Arthritis In My Hand, Specially In

I think I have arthritis in my hand, specially in my thumb joint area. At times the joints in my thumb snap like they are out of joint. Something like trigger finger, not sure if that's the correct description. is there anything I can do to help movement in my hand
