I Think I Have Chronic Sinusitis But I Recently Had

I think I have chronic sinusitis but I recently had bloodwork and my WBC and CRP were normal.
My symptoms are a nasal drip especially after taking in fluids or eating, my ear feel full and painful at times, I have a daily frontal headache, decreased concentration, and I have been suffering from fatigue. My only abnormal blood test was a positive speckled ANA 1:160 so my doctor recommended me to a Immunologist. I don't think it is an autoimmune disease. I am a nurse so familiar with blood test. Thank you!!
