I Think I Have Cyclothymia. Or Bi Polar Disorder. But

I think I have cyclothymia. Or bi polar disorder. But lately I've been having these crazy mood swings. My girlfriends noticed changes too. I used to have so much patience, now I'm irritated if someone looks at me wrong. I broke down crying several times over the past couple days but just last week I was feeling great. Good grades, girlfriend, future what could be wrong? I also have no reason to be sad but I'm incredibly sad. I took an online test too that said I have a high moderate chance of having bipolar disorder and a very high chance of cyclothymia. I know tests online are no way to diagnose so here I am looking for a proffesional. I'm a 14 year old female in case it matters. Thank you for your time. PS. I feel as though I should mention my mood swings have been going on for just over a year I would say. I also used to self harm. Do you think I have cyclothymia or bipolar disorder?
