I Think I Have Flu Symptoms... My Doctor Gave Me

I think I have flu symptoms... My doctor gave me Medrol and said if it didn't work, take the antibiotic he prescribed also levaquin. I have 101 fever. My body aches. My chest on the middle to right hurt severely to where it was uncomfortable and hard to breathe and eased off. That's happened twice in the past 6 hours. Is that normal?
