I Think I Have Jock Itch But It Actually Started

I think I have jock itch but it actually started on my scrotum. I also have red bumps around my ankles where my socks general are. I also have a burning and itch on my feet but dont really see any rashes. I am also having itching on my scalp underneath my hair but that is more heat than itchy. Also across my chest a rash broke out from one side to the other. along with this chest rash I had a rash that looked like a scratch. Ive been using lamisil but my jock, feet still burn/itch, it made my chest rash go away but it has reappeared twice. What is wrong with me?
