I Think I Have Oral Lichen Planus And I Do

I think I have oral lichen planus and I do not know what to do about it. I have a white line along my cheek with a very painful sore near my wisdom teeth. It hurts to talk, drink, and eat. My cheek feels swollen, but doesn't appear to be. I do not know what to do.
