I Think I Have Pain Associated With Cold Exposure. While

I think I have pain associated with cold exposure. While working outside a couple months ago my hand became very cold and painful. There wasn't and still is no visible damage, however the pain I am experiencing in my hands when out side even at 30 degrees now is really bad. It feels like a shooting pain from my bones. Will this eventually get better? Is there anything I can do help alleviate this pain?
