I Think I Have Shingles On My Butt Crack Tail

I think I have shingles on my Butt crack tail bone area....I used some calamine lotion today, I noticed last week sensitivity in that area then during one painful night out of a sound sleep I find myself scratching the area like crazy...I now have several blister like cluster and so ooo itchy and painful...should I go to the emergency room?
