I Think I Have Sinusitis W Headache, Stuffy But Runny

I think I have sinusitis w headache, stuffy but runny nose, head feels stuffy and sneezing- while I was driving home today all if a sudden I felt strange _ like I was going to pass out- it only lasted seconds and I was able to drive home but it scared me. I checked my blood pressure and its 148/88 which is high for me. I took a likability 5 mg and w check it again later- can the strange feeling I had be from either the sinusitis or the hypertension? Thanks for your help.
