I Think I Have Some Sort Of Weird Body Disorder

I think I have some sort of weird body disorder which is really annoying and I don't understand why it happens

I've stopped masterbating for nearly 3 months now and for some reason I've noticed that when am playing with my kitten or spending time with it my sperm will leak out unintentionally? Small drops will come out and leave me being impure and then I have to immediately cleanse myself... I don't understand why this is happening to me? And it's embarrassing as well don't even like discussing it to anyone

I occasionally have wet dreams as well
