I Think I Have Tendonitis In My Right Arm -

I think I have tendonitis in my right arm - I have tried ibuprofen, icing and rest; but the pain still wakes me at night and I cannot grasp and carry things; my fingers get cold and go numb here and there. My elbow is painful to the touch and the area near it on my forearm is often swollen and painful to the touch. This has been ongoing for about a month now. I was helping my daughter with her back kickovers and she kicked me a couple of times in the same area - so I attributed some of the pain to that until the bruise was gone. YYYY@YYYY
