I Think I Have The Shingles On My Right Wrist.

I think I have the shingles on my right wrist. It's been about a week since I noticed them. About the. Size of a half dollar. Just kind of a burning sensation but not that bad. Can they spread to another part of my body or are they contained to this size and spot?
