I Think I Have (walking) Pneumonia. A Few People At

I think I have (walking) pneumonia. A few people at work were diagnosed with it and I recently started to have a cough with minor phlegm, congestion, and it was painful to swallow. More recently I've had less of a cough, less congestion, but it's more painful to swallow and in inner ear is slightly painful as well.
