I Think I Inhaled A Piece Of Apple And Didn't

I think I inhaled a piece of apple and didn't have a cough reflex. My voice sounds a bit different. I'm wondering why I don't feel like coughing. Hope it went down the right pipe. I do have a tendency to get pneumonia. Should I worry? Thank you for your assistance.
