I Think I Injured Myself At Work Yesterday. As I

I think I injured myself at work yesterday. As I stood from crouching I felt a twinge of pain under my testicles and in both groins. Now I have pain in both lower groins and under my testicles. Also have back pain. I'm wondering if there's an injury that would cause all of this or if it's something else?
