I Think I May Be Suffering Long Term Side Effects

I think I may be suffering long term side effects from Acetaminophen. Around 5 months ago, for a few weeks straight, (give or take) I would take up to four pills (250 mg of Acetaminophen) of OxyContin. I would usually mixup the different pills. Sometimes I would take Hydrocodone, sometimes a few pills of hydro, a pill of oxy, and some Tylenol too. I stopped for a while, but over the past two months or so have noticed chest pain, especially since an overdose with 10 pills of extra strength excedrin. Lately I have taken a couple of pills (Oxy) , and have noticed increased chest pain.
Note: each pill of all medications were around 250mg.
Also, the night I took 10 pills, less than 24 hours (probably about 23 hours before )I had taken 4 pills. I believe two hydros and two oxycontins.
