I Think I May Have A Duodenal Or Pancreatic Ulcer.

I think I may have a duodenal or pancreatic ulcer. I have a history of severe duodenal blunt force trauma and I am severely anemic, vitamin deficient, losing hair and tongue tenderness and I am having a terrible time tolerating my iron supplements & other supplements. They cause sharp pain in the middle part of my back that radiates around my left side to my stomach.
