I Think I May Have Had A TMI I Briefly

I think I may have had a TMI I briefly lost some of my peripheral vision it appeared to be wavy and also in the mid middle portion of my eye I believe the symptoms may have lasted 10 to 15 minutes it also made me dizzy when I was walking I seem to have fully recovered and that was yesterday around 4 o'clock it happen one other time about six years ago when I was seated watching TV in the evening and I'd lost some of the vision in
my eye the same way with the waviness that appeared in the middle of my eye lasting approximately 10 to 15 minutes and no after effects afterwords, it seem to be a bit more intense yesterday and affected both of my eyes at the same time and I've noticed today that there's an unusual soreness in my left arm and almost feels like a muscle strain of some sort Other than that I feel perfectly fine today I took a baby aspirin this morning and from what I've read with a stroke like this usually by the time I would get to the hospital I would exhibit no signs what should I do at this point .
