I Think I May Have Meningitis. For The Past 9

I think I may have meningitis. For the past 9 hours or so, I’ve been having this throbbing headache that had only been getting worse when I stood up, but subsided when I laid down or paced around a little. Although most of the pain and throbbing has gone away, I just want to make sure I’m okay. Highest temperature was 101.3, which has since gone down. I rarely have headaches and my neck hurts when I tilt it side to side but not up and down. Thank you!
