I Think I May Have Scabies...raised Bumps Started On Both

I think I may have scabies...raised bumps started on both elbows about 2-3 days ago but has now spread to include the front of both knees, wrists and hands. Some are starting to appear on my fingers, but not between the fingers in the webs like many sites suggest. I can't find any burrow marks either but these bumps are itchy. The ones on my arms do seem to form a linear line from one bite to another. I can take pictures and send them if you like. Any suggestions?
