I Think I Might Have A Problem With Carpal Tunnel.

I think I might have a problem with carpal tunnel. My pointer finger on my right hand is going cold and slightly changing color, there seems to be a rim of blood under my nail. Pressing on the fatty part under my thumb is very sore, and I also have a sore right shoulder. My mother did have both her hands operated on for this condition.
