I Think I Might Have Pleurisy Because I Have Intermittent

I think I might have pleurisy because I have intermittent pain along the left chest cavity and the lung. I also have shortness of breath occasionally and suspect liquid buildup in the lungs. Sometimes it seems as though it is difficult for my chest to expand enough to get a good uptake of oxygen. Can you give me an opinion?
