I Think I Pulled A Muscle In The Upper Back

I think I pulled a muscle in the upper back of my leg a couple of weeks ago then I fell on the ice yesterday. I've also had total hip replacement several years ago. The pain in my hip and leg are terribly when I'm driving but barely noticeable when standing and walk-in. Do I need to see a doctor or will it just heal on it's own?
