I Think I Scratched My Vagina 4 Days Ago. I

I think I scratched my vagina 4 days ago. I was recently on antibiotics for a nasty cold and got a yeast infection. I got medicine for that but now it hurts. 2 days ago things seemed off and I took a mirror to look at what was going on. I found 2 what look like scrapes from whipping too hard? The area is puffy and tender. Today cleaned it really good and put antibacterial ointment on it... will this work? I'm really scared.
