I Think I Sprained My Ankle....very Sharp Pain On Top

I think I sprained my ankle....very sharp pain on top and right side of right foot....tripped and landed on top of foot. Could walk on it for awhile but now hurts too much to even pit pressure on it.
No swelling or bruising yet, but getting chills now. Thoughts?
