I Think I'm Depressed I Dont Sleep I Barley Get

I think I'm depressed i dont sleep I barley get out of of bed I feel lost worthless and I just want to die im thinking of dieing all the time and pre planning. I'm gone so bad I feel I can barely breath it's killing me altogether I can't cope with much more.
