I Think I'm Suffering From Caffine Overdose I Love Coffee

I think I'm suffering from caffine overdose I love coffee and used to drink at least 4 cups a day--not too often I would have a 3 to 4 second spell ---some said too much caffine--I cut down on coffee and the spells are not as bad as they used to be--thanks dennis
