I Think I've Been Bitten By A Spider. There Are

I think I've been bitten by a spider. There are two small dots on the back of my hand, just below my index finger knuckle. I saw the spider and killed it immediately. I did not see it bit me, but noticed a small about of blood on the back of my hand connected to the two dots. It was an hour ago, and there's no soreness, although just a bit of swelling. What do you think?
