I Think I've Been Infected With HIV, I've Been Displaying

I think I've been infected with HIV, I've been displaying all the symptoms. Two weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a girl I know very little about. A week since then I started to have almost a fever that lasted for one day and I got a fever blister from it on my lip. I also got a small little rash on my arm after only a couple of days. 2 weeks after, I have a sore throught a fever, and I developed big rashes one by the side of my face the other on my neck and one on my shoulder. My mouth is really dry. That was the first time I have ever had unprotected sex idk how many people the girl has been with, and she told me tested herself 2 months ago and came out clean for everything and hasn't been with anybody since and hasn't had any symptoms. Idk how to deal with this, I think i do have HIV.
