I Think I Ate Somethig Spoiled I Woke Up With

I think i ate somethig spoiled i woke up with horrible stomach pains and vomited a couple times its now day 2 no vomit but this horrible pain comes and goes throughout the day and now i have diarrhea. How long will this last? Should i go to the hospital?
