I Think I Have Pilonidal Cyst That Is About Three

I think i have pilonidal cyst that is about three small holes near tail bone area. Last one reptured a week ago with some blood and cyst after that there was not blood or cyst discharge, also I don't feel any pain in that area. Can't go for surgery rite now. I have removed all the hair from infected area with daily cleaning. Can you please sugest me any cream to apply.
