I Think I May Be Pregnant Did A Blood Test

I think i may be pregnant did a blood test and havent received the results yet but since last week my vagina seems to of gotten tighter not painful during sex but it has gotten tighter what does this mean? Is that a sign of pregnancy a friend said she had the same when she was pregnant.
