I Think I May Have Experienced Implantation Bleeding Two Days

I think i may have experienced implantation bleeding two days ago. does the light spotting resemble how you body spots when you lose your virginity? and is it possible, without being dangerous, to spot darker blood after bowl movements a day or so after? i am not due for a period for another 4 days and this occurred a week before my expected period on the day.
