I Think I May Have The Flu. My Concern Is,

I think i may have the flu. My concern is, i thought it was over, but i still have diarreha very bad. I cant seem to eat of drink anything without it going right through me. My stomach is like a volcano, girgling, and constantly making noises. I have been taking pepto bismol which doesnt seem to be cutting it. I am concerned that there may be more going on than the flu. I stopped vomiting 36 hours ago, but the diarrehia just wont stop.
