I Think I Might Have Pink Eye. I Woke Up

I think i might have pink eye. I woke up this morning with my eye crusted over and could not open it. After washing my face and putting redness eye drops the red is gone, but he itching is still there. If he resigns is gone, do that mean I don't have pink eye? Should I see a doctor?
