I Think It Is A Boil.. Not Sure.. Big Golf

I think it is a boil.. not sure.. big golf ball size..was painful but it's now a hole the size of a pencil head...
It oozed pus one day...
My treatment (home) tea tree oil, prid to bring it out...hot baths in lavender oil..and keeping it clean... (vaginal area) on top...
Ingrown hair, shaved with a dull razor...
Ugh ...
It looks like it's healing and doesn't hurt but the knot is still there... it's itchy...
Been taking amoxicillan 800 mg... ( left over from dentist) ...
