I Think M Suffering From Since 3weeks The Pain Is

I think m suffering from since 3weeks the pain is supposed to be like a little bit. No bleeding no itching no irritating bt when I got treat stools at the same time I got a much of pain can u suggest me which precautions should take place for me.thank u
