I Think My Mom Is Having An Allergic Reaction To

I think my Mom is having an allergic reaction to Hydrocodone. She took a pill at 7pm and is now itiching really bad,red spots all over, diarreah and vomiting. My sister told me that the medication was dated 2014. This is the only thing different she has done today. She is on her way to the ER.
