I Think My Child Is Suffring From Worms Problem Because

I think my child is suffring from worms problem because the sign & symtom are loss of appetite ,looking not active from one month, teeth griding, irritation, weight loss, after sleeping excretion of sliva. He is five years nine month old. I've alredy given Bandy+ before one & half month (1st Nov.) and this 18th Dec. I've again given bandy but after one days the symptom are same .Please kindly tell me the guideline and proper dosages of Albendazole for treating my child.
