I Think My Concerns Are More For An OB. I'm

I think my concerns are more for an OB. I'm not sure if all symptoms are even related to the same cause. I am having massive clotting during extremely irregular menstruation every other week. Fatigued and exhausted all the time. Pain in lower right abdomen that sort of radiates around my hip area to my back, this pain comes and goes, sometimes excruciating and sometimes non existent. I have been to my OB and they sent me for pelvic ultrasounds every other week for 2 months and saw no polys or any concerns. They claim they checked thyroid. I am really worried bc all of this is sometimes debilitating, no exaggeration. I have four children, tubes tied, don't want any more kiddos. Would hysterectomy be an option for me or is something is the reason for all of this. I know I am anemic and my iron is low. I am just desperately seeking sound medical advice. Should I switch docs, bc they've not really resolved these issues. I am only 32 and considerably good health other than these issues. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
