I Think My Three Year Old Toddler, Swallowed Some Ibuprofen.

I think my three year old toddler, swallowed some ibuprofen. I don't know how much. But when I looked on the floor, there were some that she spit out. I am not sure if she swallowed some, but I had her puke and gave her some food and water. She seems to be okay, she's been playing and talking and doing alright. It has been 4 hours, and she is still doing good. Should I be worried?
