I Think There Is A Large Pill Stuck In My

I think there is a large pill stuck in my throat. I can feel it when I swallow at the indentation at the front of my neck. It has been there since last night. But started aching this morning. Tried bread with peanut butter and hot liquids with no relief. Feels better when I take mylanta but then starts hurting again.
