I Thought I Had RA And Today I Had A

I thought I had RA and today I had a medical massage and as she went from my fingers to my toes she stated that they were inflamed but no hard that she felt they were cyst .I have 1 on my ring finger knuckel pretty large, and another right below my little toe they hurt sometimes and sometimes not? I also have a right shoulder that when I lye down is so painful that it wakes me up multiple times a week? is this all linked together and I have no insurance can't figure out where to start or what to do! Help!
